Virginia Marshall is a writer and audio producer from New Rochelle, New York. She is a 2023-2024 Emerging Writer Fellow at the Center for Fiction and a graduate of Brooklyn College’s MFA program. By day, she produces Brooklyn Public Library’s podcasts. The rest of the time, she writes.

Her work has been published in Catapult, The Harvard Review, Essay Daily and NPR, among others, and her podcast for BPL was nominated for a Peabody Award. She lives with her husband and their beautiful pup Honeybee in Brooklyn.
